In general, it was clean but I found someone else hair in the bed, but the sheets were clean as well as the bathroom.

The location is perfect, it's right to Sao Bento station, TimeOut market and within walking distance to famous Ribeira district and Douro river. The room has a lot of light, it's furnished with taste, and it gives a cozy vibe. It has A/C which helps during the heat. It also has a small kitchen with a microwave, sink, some dishes, everything one would need for a few nights.

Perfectly situated in town, easy to walk from to see Porto. Very quiet studio apartment, we weren't facing the road... Very convenient mini kitchenette. Paid parking very close by.

While this issue is not particular to this apartment only but keep in mind that soundproofing is very poor. We could hear all the neighbors coming and going. Bring your own earplugs. Also while the small kitchen was present in a the apartment but we could not find the main utensils such as proper knife or the most important - wine bottle opener. As we travel light we had more then enough space in the room but if you are travelling with huge luggage (as some do) the room space might be an issue.

Excellent location, cozy balcony to have a glass of wine in the evening if you don't feel like going out every evening. Easy access to bars, restaurants that are literally just down the stairs. Communication with the owner was very easy. All instruction and explanations were super clear.

My apartment looked out on Sao Bento station and the main tourist mall. This meant it was quite noisy so may not suit everyone. But it was a great spot to people-watch.

Well-furnished apartments right in the heart of the tourist area. Everything you need for a longer stay with a little kitchenette and quite a big room. Helpful staff with a reception open during working hours.

The bed is not so big for 2 persons, but it is still comfortable. The water pressure for the shower is quite low, and there has a sign in bathroom said there has an available water tank limits everyday to save water, so it might be the reason why the water pressure is quite low. And the elevator is on 1st floor not on the ground floor, so if you have a big luggage, then it could be difficult to carry up. And it was broken during our staying, but we didn't have big luggages, so it was fine for us.

The location is really center, it is right next to the Fábrica da Nata (Praça Almeida Garrett) and near the Porto Sāo Bento station.

When you take a shower, the water slipped through the bottom to the floor.

The apartment was really comfy and had everything we needed. The bed was also big and comfortable. Contact with the owners was great. Everything was close (cafes, restaurants, metro, sights). There was some noise outside but it was predictable because it is the centre of the city.

One small spot of the shower cabin, beneath the shower door was covered with mold. This can easily be fixed and is not that big of a deal. The mattess is kind of hard. I am used to a hard matress, but for some people this might be inconvenient. Depending on which appartment will be assigned to you, it can be quiet loud. The floor in general is a bit clairaudient.

Location is very central, you can reach most of the sights by foot. Lots of good restaurants, bars and clubs are nearby. Basic kitchen tools like a water heater, a small fridge or a toaster are available. The personnel is friendly and fast responding. In the appartment towards the backyard, there is not much noise coming from outside. Check-In and Check-Out went very smooth.

The studio itself was good, big enough, in a very good location. The only bad thing was the bed! It was soooo hard!! But we were so tired after whole day walk , that we felt asleep in a few miniutes
