Staff was exceptional, we were able to have an early check in. It is a small space but affordable and very close to the beach and Lincoln Rd. Very clean and comfortable beds, it is not soundproof but I have stayed in other places in the area and they are all the same, I believe that the staff is the hotel's greatest asset, they really go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

I could hear people walking and laughing in the upstairs room but it was not that bad.

We stayed here for one night during our Californian trip. Clean, friendly, good value for money. We had a very comfortable sleep in the hotel and that was basically all we need for one night.

Gym is small for the hotel. Has the basics. Due to size of hotel and number of guests, the pool could be larger. Didn't really get to swim in main pool as there were too many kids. Not many restaurants in walking distance, had to get an Uber into town for evening meals.

No a single soap in the room. The place smells really bad. Curtains are terrible and let all the light in. The AC sounds like a construction site. Would avoid unless necessary.
