We had a wonderful stay at the Lisbon Wine Hotel. The location is amazing, with plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall a fantastic experience that we highly recommend.

This was a great way to end our trip and enjoy our last nights in Lisbon. Boat was more spacious than we imagined, very clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Easy drive into city centre.

Location was ideal, just off the strip so it's an ideal apartment if heading to party in Albufeira. Apartment had everything we needed, fridge bowls kutlery etc, show was perfect too with warm water.

The fact that you had to wait until 4pm to check in, be sure to book a flight that suits this or you will find it hard to kill time while you wait.

I absolutely loved the customer service! The lady was a sweetheart! And it was so comfortable to share the room and still feel like they weren't there. And absolutely loved the breakfast 😋

Location, very cosy and clean room. You don not hear noisy streets at all, but you are right in the city center. Vanda is awesome. U can be home away from home.

I had contacted the hotel in advance of travelling to request an accessible room as I am a wheelchair user. I got to my room and there was no accessible shower as I had requested. I spoke to reception and was left there for a long time and was then told the hotel was full there was nothing they could do despite me arranging an accessible room ahead of time. After creating a fuss a manager finally came and spoke to me and tried to move me to a room where there was a steep ramp up to it which the manager had to help me up. The room had a walk in shower but I could not fit my wheelchair next to the bed and could only move it forwards and backwards in the room it was that small. I ended up staying in the room I was originally given and had to use the shower in one of my teammates room because it was accessible. This was very disappointing and the hotel did not seem to understand the gravity and safety risk the situation posed. Given the hotel is a 5 star one I would have expected better service especially as I had been in contact ahead of time and this was not a last minute booking or request. I will not be staying there again and will not be recommending it to others. It was a total waste of money for me as I could not relax properly.
