Positive section of review
Location is very convenient to see all the attractions. Close to the mercado do Bolhão and 3 supermarkets. Breakfast is served at 6:30 which is extremely convenient if you have more traveling early in the morning. Included scrambled and boiled eggs, pancakes machine, all the ingredients for a sandwich, cereal, etc. Rooms might be small but if you are the kind of traveler who needs the hotel just to sleep then it’s perfect and very clean. Very friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out.

I loved the location of the apartment and paid for the terrace room! Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get around Porto on foot. Close to the metro, the centre of town and the river all within 10 minutes from the apartment. Room was lovely and kitchen facilities a bonus.

The shower door didn’t shut properly, so a few times the water wouldn’t drain and as a result would flow into the main bathroom floor. We did 5 nights and the bed was changed once & towels replaced, however all the bins were left and toilet roll not replenished.

Great location on busy little street with restaurants. But not noisy in room. Receptionist on our last night there was super kind and friendly, could also store our luggage there till leaving for the airport. Nice spacious communal kitchen and lounge space.

Looks like place was recently renovated. In fact, still some work happening in the building. But poor quality fittings/workmanship. Bedside lamp and lamp stand both loose and 1 just hanging on electrical wire. No plug for 1 bedside lamp. Shower head fitting fell off while in the shower. Light switch was pulled out of the wall. Basin leaking into the vanity cabinet. Otherwise all nice, but worth checking if these little things have been attended to.

Nice area within Lisbon. It is a bit distant from various of the sites, but it also has a variety of good places to eat in the area. The apartment itself was spacious enough and the view was also worth having.

Not too much to say here. Been a bit too long to remember this kind of detail now. However, nothing comes to mind when I think of the apartment and our stay in it.

The breakfast choice is ok but the variety of warm dishes is not big. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was the same during these days.

My room/bed was very comfortable, but I stayed in a private. (double) room. The dorm rooms looked cramped.

I thought I didn't want to stay in the centre, but this was too far, a good half an hour walking, at least, to the centre, and the neighbourhood is very shabby. All the decoration (fake plants etc) felt very cheap. It felt like they were trying to do a cool vibe to attract people, but did it on the cheap. Definitely looked better in photos. Even the "garden" was a small outdoor terrace with too much furniture & fake plants. The vibe was just a bit weird. Not good value for money - even in Lisbon I stayed for less with nicer, bright, airy amenities. Even my greeting by staff was very perfunctory, as if they don't care if I stay or go.

Street and guests noise . Noisy road . Coffee and artificial juice was horrible . Good I only stayed 1 night . Swimming pool was more for the kids . The hotel is between a petrol station and and a big supermarket. Breakfast was cakes from the supermarket next door and bread and scrambled eggs and a yougurt with fruit

The air-conditioning didn't work properly in the bedroom with the bathtub and the huge windows in that same bathroom need reflected window shade as it can get really hot in there
