We liked everything. This place is awesome. The facilities include a gym, an infinity pool and a game room for kids. We were fully satisfied.

They only had one type of very thick pillows which gave me a neck ache. They should be able to have a few different types of pillows. The only reason I have not give 10 score

Only 2 room card with 6 pax which is abit of inconvenient for us Instructions to go mail box to retrieve key but we cant access to the lobby unless we have the card and we wasted time finding ways to go into the lobby to open mail box. No microwave at all to heat up food except stove and pans to use. Require deposit of myr 300 upon check in and say will refund after checkout within 24hrs and i waited till the 3rd day to ask for my refund and then they tell me that they need my tng number for refund instead of asking from me 1st.if i never or forgot to request back my deposit there goes my deposit.

There are no facilities at the hotel. No restaurant and nothing close by. The shower is over the toilet. The springs were coming through the mattress- very uncomfortable.
