The best thing i like is the hospitality of the guest house owner. He is really kind and can be able to speak English really well. My check-in time was latest at 7PM but I unintentionally checked in really late at 1AM and he was really welcomed and introduce me all the things. I booked the single room with cheap price but in fact, i can use a room with 2 beds and it was rather big with air conditioner and big window. Surroundings are spacious rice fields and the roads are quite big. We can use all facilities from kitchen, common room, and washing machine. The traditional Japanese rooms with tatami with the rice field view is also available for all guest. Also, some bikes were provided for guests, which is super convenient!

It takes 30mins to walk from the Tsukuba station. However you cannot ask a place which is peaceful and near the station at the same time! In general, it is a good idea for a foreigner who want to try living in a traditional Japanese house.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. The convenience of the hot springs operating late into the night was perfect for travelers like me who enjoy a late soak. They also offer delicious ramen, and what stood out most was their extensive manga collection in the reading room. It was a delightful stay that I won't soon forget.

The location of the hotel is very good, few minutes walk from the meteo station. The hotel itself is beautiful, the lobby looks amazing and it even has a money exchange machine (for currency exchange). The amount of amenities in the bathroom is also great.

Half of the bed in my room was under a wooden platform. There was not a lot of space between the bed and the platform. It’s ok if you don’t turn a lot in your sleep but I hit my shins a few times during the night.

We are a family of 5 and we stayed at the 6-bedded connecting rooms and it was really too small to fit all of our luggages and we struggled to find space to open our luggages to unpack/pack.

rooms very small its expensive for that kind of room and the hotel is just any other 3 stars hotel.its not cost friendly although its tokyo.many similar hotel much cheaper in tokyo with much better room and facilities.
