We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa! The place is immaculate and exudes a cozzy charm that made us feel right at home. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday, from well-appointed kitchens to comfortable and extremely clean bedrooms and beautiful outdoor spaces. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The air conditioning was quiet and efficiently cooled the space. Our host was extremely friendly and provided helpful tips for our visit. For example he drove us to the train station and assisted us in purchasing tickets for the Odontotos Rack Railway. And he was always reachable and very accommodating. Everything about our stay was fantastic! We highly recommend this apartment.

Best location in Rhodes. Walking distance to old town and bus station. The place is very clean and comfortable with an amazing sea view. There is also a nice beach, just 2 min walk from the place. The host is very hospitable and helpful. I will definitely return and fully recommend for a great stay.

Shabby, smelt of sewage, paint came off the bottom of the pool and stuck to the bottom of the children’s feet. Falling to pieces, the term villa was disingenuous; pool house is perhaps a better description.

First the hotel is not for a 4 star ! It should be 2 * ! They take us on booking +130€ for a baby of 1 and half year instead of free stay for the baby !! The food is same every day and the food that isn’t eates on the breakfast goes for the diner !!! The kids playground is old and nasty with broken toys ! They trim the grass on 23 : 00. and our kid was so scared of that sound ! It was hell of a vacation ! Dinner food is also same and it feels like you are in some old cantina not 4 star Hotel ! The stuff is rude and didnt know English so when we asked something they cant help you ! The old waiter look at us like enemies when we get into the restaurant because our kid was small and can make skmwthing with the food ! They dont help you at all ! The bathroom is very bad and have problem with the shower .. The water goes strait to your bedroom and its very bad for our kid because it falls to the ground several times because od wet floor ! They can call you from reception at 23:00 to move the car from the electric charger !! Also you can hear any step in the room above you ! We were waiting to finish our worst vacation ever !!! Never come back at this hotel ! Overpaid for this and disnt worth for the half od that price !!! The beach is very far to go with baby stroler and the beach is not sandy ! Lot of rocks and the water is not clear ! You need 7 min to go to the beach with downstairs ! The sunbeds are very old and most of them are broken ! The bar is very bed too bevause when you order a smoothie they give you water with 3 drops od fruit ! Also we order pizza and they give you frozen pizza from Lidl just a 3 minutes baked in some fryier ! when you want a ketchup the stuff are rude because they need to go to the other room to take it !
