I like the staff they were overall nice in helping me with my luggage after the initial disappointment of my flight cancellation and then getting a very small room first day. But they provided me a good room during the last days of my stay

I really think they should have iron in all the rooms . This time they only had two and not in good condition one was burnt and other two small . Also 20 euros security for that kind of iron is not appreciated at all. It served my purpose though and they gave me for 2-3 days stay .

We booked a junior suite with a river view and were given a view of the cliff in a dark room at the back with no light not in the main hotel. The restaurants was not open and we could not use the bar or lounge.
