Everything! The staff were very polite and helpful - breakfast was excellent with a huge amount of choice. Very good location as you were away from the main tourist area in a modern Plaza but only a couple of minutes walk to the busy Balcon de Europa. My tip when eating out is not to always go down to the Balcon where it’s very touristy and most restaurants have the same menu but to turn left out of the hotel and walk up the hill where you will find some of the quieter, better and less touristy restaurants - La Posada Iberia is a tiny gem famed for its amazing steaks, also Colosseo, a lovely Italian just up the road and Oliva, which is actually next door to the hotel for fine dining. Pizza Bar on the corner just to the right of the Museum is also excellent and far more upmarket than its name might suggest.

Nothing whatsoever although if you book a room at the back it will be less noisy if you want to sit on the balcony as the ones at the front overlook the Plaza where there are sometimes children’s parties going on.

The house was generally pretty ok..few things to be corrected around the place, nothing that cant be fixed , or that would make your stay uncomfortable. A nice quiet street in a gated community, the pool was 2 houses away and a mix of residents /holiday folk ,that pretty much keep to themselves. Overall we were happy enough..only complaint was no double bed in the master bedroom...2 singles pushed together , (remedy ,buy a 6ft mattress,sorted) the cleaning lady was very helpful, but be prepared to wait for keys as the letting agent karen ,does not answer her phone. I reckon we would stay there again ,based on cost,we got it for 718 no extras for july , really happy with that.

The kitchen could do with an oven. As that affects what your buying in the supermarket, and a splash of paint , just to freshen up..other than that..its actually a nice spacious house,

Perfectly located in Arrecife! Had a great stay and the staff is very friendly! I stayed in a shared room with 4 bed,but we were only 2! It was confortable and pretty quiet, however, I don’t know if my experience would have been the same with a full room because of the lack of space and intimacy. The facilities are correct,but (expect for the roof top) the shared spaces are a little bit small, location is awesome and the breakfast is okay! The prices are very respectable and if you don’t have high expectations on your accommodation,I would definitely recommend it! Hope to come back soon!

The staff is INCREDIBLE! I loved the location but the people around you can make or break how you enjoy a vacation. The staff was always incredibly nice and helpful! A very special thank you to the lady in the reception during the night shift and to super soft spoken cleaning lady that was a ray of sunshine every morning! I really regret not asking their names, they deserve all the merit they can get!

The room had good facilities - a kitchenette, comfortable beds and a balcony. It was very conveniently located for Roses beach. There is an El Molins restaurant very close by towards the beach. There's limited free parking out front and to the side.

Pretty little traditional hotel. Good size room, spa bath was fun. Nice little outside seating. Quiet at night. Breakfast basic but ok. Pay extra. Staff tried hard with English and made sure we understood.

Make sure you have cash to pay for breakfast. Bit of a walk down to Cudillero, taxi back advised.

Beautiful villa. Very comfortable and peaceful. Far enough away from everything but only a short drive to shops and town. Monica and Pedro were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Glass door to the bathroom which not only created no privacy in the room but also let the light in as the bathroom had a window and no blinds. The room was totally bright in a middle of the night because of this glass door.

Rooms were very low ceilings. Toilet small and outdated, without a lock and definitely needs attention. Living space not spacious enough.
