A very nice and basic hotel. Spotless, clean room. Quiet room despite major road outside. Super nice staff! The breakfast was good and rich. Interior in a well-preserved seventies style, which we appreciated. The hotel has small parking (we reserverad in advance). Good location with walking distance to the Festspeilhaus and close to other attractions in the old parts of Bayreuth.

There is no elevator, but the staff help carry luggage up and down. The surroundings around the hotel are not the most charming.

Excellent hotel with a very nice atmosphere. They really paid a lot of attention to detail and comfort. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Both the dinner and the breakfast are of very good quality.

Ok, is beautiful driving towards Durbach, especially if you are coming out the Black Forest. The hills are covered with grape vines. The town itself however is not very lively.

Our room was looking to a construction site but with a close window it was completely isolated from the noise. The view was not the best but we were there for sightseeing and didn’t even bother.
