Room was nice and clean, the hotel has an antique look on inside kept in shape, could of had a better selection for breakfast. There is very little and tight parking, the good thing is, your in an area where you can just park the car and walk to all restaurants, mall, river, some clubs etc..

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was in fairly good condition and the room was large and bright. The breakfast was good and the food was replenished frequently. Dining staff were also very friendly.

My husband had the breakfasts, and said they were very good. Extra little things like popcorn in lobby, pizza night offered free to guests. Just makes a difference even if we did not partake.

So many things really annoyed me during my stay. First, I arrived very early (around 8 am) and was waiting in the lobby for around 5 hours until the room got ready. Then, when I was about to check in, one of the stuff entered wrong information for my credit card, which caused me a lot of stress. I was in contact with my bank account for one day until we figured out on the second day that they had entered the wrong expiry date, and he didn't even apologize for the mistake! Second, regarding the cleaning, there was a fly in the room, and I asked for cleaning with no response. Then, when it died, it stayed in the same place during my stay! the housekeeping didn't vacuum and clean very well, although I asked for that twice!
