Location and closeness to congonhas airport Clean Blankets, towels, shower gels provided A cleaner asked us if our stay was going well and If we needed anything shortly after arrival.

The online check-in process is via an app the process is too long and it asks for too much personal information. You have to call at the gate every time you need to get back in no matter what time. No receptionist present during my stay only remote (in evenings/night) It was quite cold but I can imagine it will be a great place to be in summer as it has an air conditioning unit as well.

The best hotel stay ever. Loved this trip. Bedroom, bathroom was exceptional with amazing views. Breakfast and breakfast staff were incredible. The best vegan breakfast.
