      staff was very rude -even the check out time request was informed earlier ,, at the time of check out staff argued and declined to return the deposit ..something bitter as staff mentality is to charge extra fees and response is rude & unpleasant

      Hot Water dosnt fill spa so Luke warm cold.Would been nice to have a spa as that is what we had paid for😳. No big drinking glass only very small glasses. No extra blankets in wardrobe for winter
