Spaceous room. Kind and helpfull staff. Quiet location. Large swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice.

We booked a family room , but there was no separate room for the kids,so we ended up with all 4 of us next to each other in the same room…that was a bit unexpected and disappointing. The kitchen in the kitchenette needs attention (it was below basic). The family room we booked supposedly was ocean view and had pool view. Because the room they assigned to us was on the ground level, our supposedly ocean front view was mostly blocked, but we addressed it with front office.

Beautifully kept; great place to relax as a family. Restaurant food for lunch and dinner were tasty and nicely presented. Swimming pools were fantastic!

Odd to close one of the pools every day in the afternoon when the sun only hits that pool fully. I thought it may be because that pool fronts the restaurant but the restaurant is very busy in the morning when that pool is open. Don’t think this have been full thought through.

Not to be advised in advance that a suggested non mandatory charge of 10% was going to be requested upon checkout. In my case I already had left a tip in the room when I left, so I ended up leaving another 10% for the other employees.

Good breakfast, free parking garage, two swimming pools, great staff, good restaurant in the property, the ocean is across the street, this beach was immortalized by Vinícius de Moraes in the poem "Tarde em Itapoan". Vinícius built and lived in the house located at the property.

To begin with, the reception staff was helpful and friendly from the moment of arrival. The view from my window/balcony, the endless and palm-fringed beach, not to mention the spririt of Vinicius, made my stay a tropical dream come true. Peaceful, with a pool surrounded by a lovely garden; there's also a restaurant on the premises worth recommendation.

A little bit distant from Salvador main touristic points, but you can find an Uber easily

The wall between room and room seems thin, so I could hear sounds from next door which was a bit regrettable.

The assortment at beer in the mini fridge. The restaurant closes at 10 or 11 we went to our room and wanted to drink some more beers and chills but there were only 3 beers that. 2 of which were really bad ( devassa I think ) but this is minor didnt impact our stay.

It has everything you need like a resort but without the feeling of being trapped. It is pure poetry, good music, the restaurant is fenomenal and the staff are friendly - naturally friendly. I love that the staff interacts with the guest in a super chilled way, they seem to also be having fun.

Our AC was broken in our room and we were too tired when we checked in late to deal with it.

The bread selection of the breakfast (all the rest was really good) and the noise in our accommodation (our room was at the back of the hotel, next to a busy road during the day and a generator in the early evening).

The staff (joyful and willing to accommodate our requests), the history and decoration of the original house, and the restaurant (atmosphere and food).

My room was the between a couple of rooms that were being renovated and sometimes the noise from the workers and machines was a bit annoying. But nothing a good pool can't solve

Staff attention is always the best quality of this hotel. Besides the beautiful sorroundings and the beach across the street.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were absolutely fabulous, attentive and kind. Even got upgraded. Breakfast was yummy. So much choice and the restaurant’s food was delicious. Personally I had a great time there and I would definitely return.

The key to our room didn’t work minimum once a day, sometimes multiple times a day, and while they sent someone to fix it right away every time, it still took a while, with us and the kids often wet from the pool waiting for a while before we could get into our room.

I think the room must be upgraded ( paint , old Furniture ) It is very very basic inside the room. Very poor set up. For a 4 start hotel room must be In better shape ! Bed was comfortable!
