Cost-benefit wise, this property was just what I needed for a one-night stopover in Guarulhos on my way to Rio de Janeiro. Kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. They even allowed me to use their baggage room to safely store my golf set and avoid carrying it all the way up to the room via the stairs. Despite the tricky road access up to a hilly location, it was just a 15-minute drive from & to the airport. Overall, it met my expectations.

Staffs People screaming at the hall and commons zones, especially Housekeepers. Also you can hear the chats conversation between customers, employees etc. Unfortunately they don’t have a properly acoustic isolation system in the windows or Doors.

Humble Guy that begins with poor recourses, rising up in a simple community and stand out in the accommodation business market. Close by the airport and provide a transfer service for guests under request. Creativity and imagination to manage a short area space in a smart building and a smooth individuals space .

And it has a beautiful view from the upper balcony and is pretty convenient to GRU international airport But there is no place to park My fault I guess I wasn't paying attention to the ad! Still, if you're in an Uber, it's a safe place for any gringo that has basic Portuguese Even if you don't, they were very gracious and hospitable Many Brazilians won't talk through a translator but they would 👍

Stairs. Many stairs to get the bedroom

Spiral stairs was very tiny and we had a problem to get our bag upstairs but anyway we managed.

Room was so clean, cozy, with mini bar and tv, everything was really nice. Personel was very nice and helpfull they let us leave our luggage for free, reception is 24/h open and with monitoring. Its so close to the airport which was the most important part for us but we went to the nice local restaurant and ate amaaaazing and cheap breakfast there is few of them in neighbourhood. We felt really safe overthere. Thank You!

Everything was great!

Firstly, we loved the friendly staff, the room was extra clean. We had AC which made out stay very comfortable and a tv so we could watch netflix. They also let us use the deck after check out :) 20 min ride from the airport.

Junior, the guy at the reception, was so nice, he waited for us till late night when we arrived and accompanied us for free to the airport when we left. The place was in line with our expectations and everything was good during the stay

Really great and respectful staffs! The place is quiet and perfect for take a rest before next flights! I strongly recommend! Just avoid to take clandestine taxis at the airport, use only registered taxis or Ubers.

Very kind staff, we arrived at 3am and were perfectly received. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom is really well done. You can tell there’s effort and thoughts on many details in the making. Next morning we were taken to the airport by one staff member, he took us in his car. This is a service you have to pay apart from the booking. The price is the same as an uber, but it’s faster to go with them than to wait for a driver. I recommend the stay!

Kitchen is more of a store and warm up your left overs kind of thing. But as I said. They provided a glass bowl when I asked so we could make yourself some meals.

Beautifully built, the view from the upstairs patio is pretty amazing. It's super close to the airport. Kitchen was more of a fridge, sink, and microwave, but when we asked we were given a microwave safe bowl so we could cook of some essential such as rice. Staff was very kinda and had no problem helping us at 2am when we need to get the car out and to the airport. Would definitely stay again.
