    - “I was not sure what to find from a 2 star hotel, however it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean, the toilet has washing system which you can adjust the pressure and heat! Japanese people very clean like Turks, so i was very glad for that. Bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner which i only liked the smell of shampoo and used that only, i already brought these things from my own country anyway. there was AC which was very easy to adjust. The pillow was hard but i asked softer one which they provided immediately. Room has mini fridge, too. Housekeeper cleans your room every day and changes towels. There was kettle in the room. You can find every cleaning material in main floor for free (toothbrush, token, even shower washclot, ear cottons, pleasant smelling bath salts, and other toiletries that a person may neeed) There was no breakfast but you can get free coffee, different kinds of tea and water which was enough for me. The staff were very kind and helpful.”

      Room size and cleanliness. Also there is a large porch behind the swimming pool for public use. Enjoyed some beers and some laughs with colleagues.

      Swimmingpool was dirty and a huge amount of chlorine in water. Water not clear. Airco noisy and loads of family noise due kids shouting in hallways.

      I'm don't know there have breakfast service, maybe staff remind me when i checked in that it would be better.

      It's just late at night and sometimes there's a little noise outside. If there are guests staying on the upper floor, they will cause noise interference downstairs when the guests walk on it.

      It was close to the airport and has a shuttle service

      Everything is very old and badly maintained. You can see that flooring and carpeting for example has just been glued over the old floors…looks and feels very grubby. The floor in the room itself also felt really dirty when walking with bare feet.

      The tiniest room we have ever used. Not enough room for your suitcases. Huge bed base made walking around the room impossible and a tiny room even smaller. Tv didn’t work - not that we were in SF to watch tv but it would have been nice whilst we were getting up. Cleanliness of room not great - shutters were very dusty and the window and sill behind were filthy and full of dust. Staff really indifferent to small room and tv and really couldn’t be bothered to help to change even though we were happy to pay. So so disappointed as we were really looking forward to staying in a Pali hotel. Note to hotel room 315 should defo be single occupancy!

      i had to pay deposit at check in and was never returned will never stay there again or refer anyone deff could of had a nicer place with an actual breakfast for what i paid honey buns store bought gross
