The room was super clean, the toilet has washing system which you can adjust the pressure and heat! Japanese people very clean like Turks, so i was very glad for that. Bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner which i only liked the smell of shampoo and used that only, i already brought these things from my own country anyway. there was AC which was very easy to adjust. The pillow was hard but i asked softer one which they provided immediately. Room has mini fridge, too. Housekeeper cleans your room every day and changes towels. There was kettle in the room. You can find every cleaning material in main floor for free (toothbrush, token, even shower washclot, ear cottons, pleasant smelling bath salts, and other toiletries that a person may neeed) There was no breakfast but you can get free coffee, different kinds of tea and water which was enough for me. The staff were very kind and helpful.”

      Fantastic house in a lovely location at a reasonable price. Well appointed, spacious, superb shower, comfortable beds..we wished we could have stayed here longer for the one night we booked. Close to downtown Rochester and a short walk to Sea-Breeze, a beautiful spot on the shores of Lake Ontario. Owner very kindly did our laundry for us too.

      Staff was friendly. Room was ok, but nothing special (we expected more from the pictures to be honest) but was fine. Amazing location in South Beach. The terrace was really nice for breakfast but it was pricey (as everything in Miami)

      Elevators were horrible, slow and very old. A/C in the room was a bit old style. They charge extra for "facilities" (pool and gym even if you don´t use it but it seems the normal but abussive practice not included in the room rate in Florida) so take that into consideration They did not recognize my HiltonHonours status because it was booked through Booking (first time this happens to me, all other Hilton had done it before).

      Generally good for couple of days, i had everything i needed. View was great to the city, comfy beds. Breakfast was also good but if to stay long there it can get quite boring.

      Cleanliness can be better, found hair in towels etc, lifts are ok but sometimes need to wait a bit, especially during peak hours.

      Clean rooms, good location related to Olympia downtown. Enough parking space.

      - Road noice in queen rooms (Kings are on other side and should be ok). - Breakfast selection was quite limited compared especially to room price. - Two queen room description promised seating AREA with flat TV (also in reservation confirmation message), but in our room was only one chair in the corner and flat TV. Manager on duty said that they don’t have double queen with seating area, blamed Booking.com about error and didn’t compensate over promises. Very disappointing. - Last, but not least, one of reasons to select this hotel was pool. Unfortunately water was not clear as it should be in pool and our family refused to go to pool. Please check the water cleaning.
