Japanese people very clean like Turks, so i was very glad for that. Bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner which i only liked the smell of shampoo and used that only, i already brought these things from my own country anyway. there was AC which was very easy to adjust. The pillow was hard but i asked softer one which they provided immediately. Room has mini fridge, too. Housekeeper cleans your room every day and changes towels. There was kettle in the room. You can find every cleaning material in main floor for free (toothbrush, token, even shower washclot, ear cottons, pleasant smelling bath salts, and other toiletries that a person may neeed) There was no breakfast but you can get free coffee, different kinds of tea and water which was enough for me. The staff were very kind and helpful.”

  At the beginning, I was skeptical: no reviews on Booking.com, the deposit for potential damages was too high, and the payment wasn't through Booking.com but another website. In the end, the owner and I agreed on a lower rate since I was only staying for two nights. The room was clean, fairly new, and everything was fine. Access to the accommodation and the room is via a code, and it was completely hassle-free. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the owner; he was always available and kept me well-informed.

  Spacious and clean rooms. Great breakfast which I invite you to prepay as hopefully that will be cheaper - it is costly. Two complementary bottles of water. Helpful staff with the expected East Coast vibe of being serious and to the point. Big shampoo/soap bottles that reduce plastic waste.

  It is a dated hotel. In my case - a clearly broken curtain holder in the shower and a noticeable top-to-bottom crack in the wall right behind the beds. And no mini-fridge which I expect now and often need when I travel with my own food. And let’s speak to the architect if they are still alive - the elevator doors are so deep into the door frames that when you hear the ding, you need to run around to see which elevator actually came. Not much fun after three nights of stay.

  I did not like having to pay an additional non refundable damages fee prior to receiving the access code this is totally nonsense when cleaning etc is included in the rate. This was not in the Ts&Cs. No flexibility with regards to check out time…Very noisy air conditioning in the street side bedroom. A lot of people “loitering” in the evening on the street

  We showed up and there was construction going on due to an accident. They were confused as to how to handle it and the customers as they arrived. The check in system was down and no way to check in and make a key. They offered to let us in using their master key which would have confined us to our room and it was only 4:pm. The manager was not available to talk to us, but the front desk employee did say he talked to the manager and they would make sure our reservation was cancelled if we would prefer to go someplace else. We took this offer and went to another facility.
