Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and although the building is situated on the main road we hardly noticed the noise from the traffic. Sand Pebbles is ideally situated and only a short walk/drive into the town - uphill - and there are a couple of bars in either direction for food and/ or drink. All in all we'd thoroughly recommend Sand Pebbles Inn!”

- “We travel a lot and we usually stay in wonderful hotels. But this hotel is at the top of a very long list. From the moment you step through the doors to see the lobby waterfall you realize you are someplace very special. The hotel decor is gorgeous; every single place you look it is perfect. Which is fitting as so are each and everyone of the staff. And the food - it is literally the only hotel I've ever been when several people at the same time were taking photos of the breakfast buffet with its huge and perfect display of food for every palate. The food is so fine that we arranged for a special custom Japanese dinner one evening complete with a violin player in a private dining room. It was as great an experience as you could have anywhere. There is even a top-end laundry available which was really welcome after a month of travelling. Our room (Room 477) was perfect: comfortable, luxe, quiet. My friend and I actually went to our knees on the hallway carpets to see if the gold had been sprinkled on top of the woven art or woven in. (You'll have to see for yourself). We stayed here 3 nights but I'd had to book each night separately (in advance) as our plans changed as a result of the Noto Peninsula earthquake. The hotel handled this with their usual grace and made certain that we had the same 2 rooms each of the 3 nights so we wouldn't have to move luggage. For a marvellous experience, stay here if there is a room available!”

  Hotel has a great location in the Financial District, 5 minute walking from Wall street and the Charging Bull. There is a metro station in from on the hotel entry and 4 metro lines available just in 5 minute walk. The bed was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom was very clean, it was cleaned every day and the towels were also changed every day. The room is equipped with coffee machine, iron & ironing board, TV, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, slippers, safe locker.

  the room was quite small, but it was still fine - there was place for baggage under the bed or in to put clothes in the closet.

  I love how it gave me the home away from home feel . It was very cozy and relaxing. My boyfriend and I both agreed that amongst all the airbnbs we ever stayed in in the North Carolina area this place was BY FAR THE BEST ONE ! The host was attentive and helped out immediately and overall was pleasant to deal with . Definitely will stay again !!

  Such an easy stay! I stayed at the Radio City Apartments while I was in the city for only one night and it was perfect for me. The room was simple and had everything I needed. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is perfect (!) if you are looking to be close to Broadway but not in the middle of Times Square.

  For the price, I was very, very happy with everything. That said, it is an older building so the rooms, hallways, and elevators are very small.

  The room was excellent, I did not expect to be so good. Very clean and big enough. The breakfast was very good too and the shuttle bus was a good surprise for me, because I did not know that the hotel had this service for free.

  The people upstairs were very loud, and I could hear than in the middle of the night walking through their room. Maybe a carpet could avoid this.

  I really liked that we got upgraded to a room with a nicer view and that we were able to have a bed at the rooftop terrace. The lady at the desk who welcomed us was amazing.

  I couldn’t get a kettle to my room. I always ask for a kettle if it’s not a already in the room since I’m a big tea drinker and the fact that I couldn’t get one and when I asked at the restaurant for it or for hot water they were kinda weird about it.

  The location of the hotel is excellent with nice views of the beach, staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. Pool area is very nice.

  I didn’t eat breakfast. Our room was fine. I appreciate being able to use the beach wheelchair daily at no charge.

  We were promised a handicap accessible room with a walk-in shower. When our original room didn’t have that, we contacted the front desk and they gave us a new room. It also did not have a walk-in shower. So my husband had to help me get into and out of the bathtub each night. Also, my daughter was not given a room with a terrace she had been promised. She was told by the front desk that there was nothing they could do. And my son had a long crack all the way down his tv screen. He requested a new one on Wednesday when we got there. They didn’t deliver it until Friday evening and we were leaving the next day. We made our reservations last November so there is no excuse for putting us in unsatisfactory rooms.
