Japanese people very clean like Turks, so i was very glad for that. Bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner which i only liked the smell of shampoo and used that only, i already brought these things from my own country anyway. there was AC which was very easy to adjust. The pillow was hard but i asked softer one which they provided immediately. Room has mini fridge, too. Housekeeper cleans your room every day and changes towels. There was kettle in the room. You can find every cleaning material in main floor for free (toothbrush, token, even shower washclot, ear cottons, pleasant smelling bath salts, and other toiletries that a person may neeed) There was no breakfast but you can get free coffee, different kinds of tea and water which was enough for me. The staff were very kind and helpful.”

  Our first-ever trip as family to San Antonio was marred with a reservation issue with Elements Riverwalk. Imagine coming from a long and tiring drive with two senior parents only to be told that my Booking.com reservation (using my card) did not supposedly appear in the hotel's system. So we ended up being accommodated as walk-ins --- or more likely forced to accept their offer because we had no place to go as we're not from the US and we don't know a soul in that city --- consequently, resulting to almost double the charge that we intially locked in with the Booking.com reservation. What made it so frustrating was lodging the complaint because I was passed around, as both parties (Booking.com and Elements) claimed to be at no fault. It was the last stretch of our stay in the US and unfortunately, we no longer had the luxury of time to pursue this issue as we were already flying home. I've also not heard from Booking.com after I reached out to them about documents to support my case. So, from supposedly 509.43 USD, we got charged in the end with 837.69 USD. What's worse is that although we used another credit card for the payment at the end of our stay (May 15 to May 18, 2024), the card that I initially used for the Booking.com reservation still got charged for 149 USD by Elements. To think I already explicitly expressed my worry about my card still being charged and yet the reception people reassured me I needed not worry. Anyway, I wish I could say, I'll just charge this to experience. It was an inconvenience we wouldn't wish on anyone in an otherwise wonderful first visit to San Antonio.

  customer service was terrible, rude receptionists. bed were aweful, very soft and old with very thin pillows. We were a group of 10 and everyone had a terrible night sleep with sore backs from the beds and others were unable to sleep due to quality of beds.
