The property itself is beautiful and the views are stunning. Having 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us, and everyone felt like they had their own space. Laundry facilities were good and Vacasa provided laundry pods, basic cleaning supplies and some very nice welcome snacks too. Also lots of family friendly places to eat nearby, and an easy drive to the NaPali Coast boat tours.

It needs a little bit of a spruce up. There are mould issues in the soft furnishings like lampshades and also on the skirting boards. There is no AC but it doesn’t really need it if you are diligent opening up the louver windows between rain showers. The louvers don’t keep the rain out though so it can get quite stuffy with all the windows closed on a rainy day. The pool is not located on the property, it is a 3 minute drive away, and no map was provided. We sought a map from another company, annotated it and left it for the next guests.

Location and breakfast were awesome. Want to give a special shout out to Dave the parking attendant. He went above and beyond helping my 84 year old Mom safely to the hotel from the car on several occasions. He was awesome!!!

Need to have microwave and mini fridge in room. The air is very loud and I felt it was not able to regulate properly.

It was obvious that the owners and staff are proud of this motel. Very clean inside and out! Beds were very comfy! We stayed for a week, and would stay again! I have already recommended this place to family and friends!

Firstly I'd like people to know that this hotel is not a stand alone,roomza rents 2 floors from the C R 7 Pestana,booked 2 rooms at the same price,whe we arr,the one was bigger than the other,when I inquired from the hostess,she said she would try and find a bigger room,failing we can cancel and find another hotel,which I wasn't pleased about,she did however find another room which wasn't any better,her attitude wasn't the best,you had to order breakfast which was brought to your room,the pancakes were disgustingly stodgy,with a few bits of fruit thrown in,which u had to eat in your room or go downstairs to a sitting area,not the best in new york,I will def,not be returning

Obviously it was extremely busy on July 4th but there was insufficient food that evening, we went over after the line was gone but still way before closing of the buffet time and there was literally nothing left. It wasn't resupplied. The room whilst clean and functional, was somewhat dated.

In the first room I got there was a watter dripping very loud under the shower, so I got another room with extremely loud air condition, because the main unit is located inside the room in a closet (that I think shouldn't be open). There was no water in the room or any vending machine in a hotel. In general it was a disappointment.
