We needed an extra bed arranged unexpectedly and they arranged it for us without any trouble. The place is really clean and super super spacious. The common room is amazing with access to lots of games and amenities such as microwave and cutlery. The bathrooms are clean - the showers are great with amazing water pressure. The place is located quite centrally - close to station and only 15 mins from Namba and very easy to connect to the airport from there too. There’s a family mart not too far from the place and a laundry service place closeby. Thank you so so much to the hosts! We had the best stay!”

      I would say that it is hard to find a very good hotel with a reasonable price like Arlo Midtown in the center of NYC. Room is clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly. Location is very convenient as I could walk to Times Square or other tourist attractions in Manhatan. A big bonus is that there is a fully-equiped gym inside the hotel.

      Having dish detergent, laundry detergent etc available + tea & coffee facilities was a nice bonus. All facilities you need, great range of kitchen utensils and equipment was nice.

      A key fob was meant to be left in the room to access the building, however this wasn't there and took a good 2 days to sort one. Thankfully the building had great door staff who were very accommodating and let me in; however checking the key fob was there before I checked in probably should have happened to avoid unwanted stress about this. It was the weekend when I was trying to sort this issue - hence the delay, but I got there in the end and it didn't detract from my overall experience.

      The apartment was excellent. Super design and everything provided.

      The resident W hotel reception team were somewhat too laid back, and the car park valet team were not friendly at all. If you do bring a car watch out for parking charges as the valet team charged $50 for an overnight stay and most other attraction carparks had flat stay rates, so you need to budget for parking. However, our biggest issue was the smoking of dope by other guests at the hotel. Could smell it all day on our 2nd day.
