    - “I was not sure what to find from a 2 star hotel, however it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean, the toilet has washing system which you can adjust the pressure and heat! Japanese people very clean like Turks, so i was very glad for that. Bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner which i only liked the smell of shampoo and used that only, i already brought these things from my own country anyway. there was AC which was very easy to adjust. The pillow was hard but i asked softer one which they provided immediately. Room has mini fridge, too. Housekeeper cleans your room every day and changes towels. There was kettle in the room. You can find every cleaning material in main floor for free (toothbrush, token, even shower washclot, ear cottons, pleasant smelling bath salts, and other toiletries that a person may neeed) There was no breakfast but you can get free coffee, different kinds of tea and water which was enough for me. The staff were very kind and helpful.”

      The Hotel was really clean, and well maintained. Had enough options for breakfast. Overall it Was good.

      Very bad experience with pick up shuttle service. I landed around 9.30 to IAD Dulles, and after that I was keep calling the guy who supposed to come to pick us from Airport, but he didn't pick my phone l, later call on Hotel's reception area, but no luck there too. I hired uber and pay from my pocket to reach at hotel. Later at the hotel reception I explain all situation to the manager and he reimburse uber fare, and he said it was issue with phone device. Rest all was good about Hotel, just the Suttle thing disappointed me.

      The hotel is very bad. The room is cleaned upon request, even if a cleaning sign is placed on the door. Also, the treatment of the hotel was very racist, especially the manager who was present in the afternoon
