Me and my husband visited the Heritage Villa Resort & Camp Jaisalmer in Jan, 2023 on our anniversary. It is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is awesome. The owners of the resort, Mr. UNAD Khan , Mr.Kamal Khan are very humble and helpful. The service of the staff member, namely, Mr. Diane, Mr. Adesh Khan and other staff also is very cordial. They were very humble, polite, patient and helpful. They also give good guidance in regard to the trip. The food of the resort was delicious specially dal batti churma and Lal maas. The overall arrangements including the cultural show and evening tea and snacks in their sand dunes was very good. We are very happy with their service and arrangements. I would highly recommend the resort who wants to make their stay memorable.

The restaurant serves American and Chinese dishes, as well as Indian and Italian cuisine. nice and spacious room with balcony, quite, we didnt use the pool but it looked good, comfortable bed, new bathroom, very good restaurant and food, very friendly staff. they gave us a free ride back to the trainstation on 2 motobikes because they had to go to the market anyway, very kind. we didnt have tickets for the safaris, so they organised everything for us. the jeep was not possible anymore, but the canter was also good - a bit chaotic but thats normal in India ☺️ we did 2 safaris and unfortunately we didnt see a tiger (btw its rare to see one…) even though we had a great stay in the hotel and nice safaris with lots of other animals.

Room was little chilly may be they provide heaters in extreme winters? bathroom was nice and hot water was available 24 hours and dint have to wait much for it. Room was spacious. view was exceptional from the balcony. Loved our stay! Not close to city centre so taxi service is needed if not having own vehicle.

We went there in weekend, the whole accomodation was occupied as per my observation. Amazing desert camp justify their name! The hosts were amazing, the cultural show was amazing, sunset camel ride was amazing. It was an experience of a lifetime for us.
