Staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast is fantastic. Room is wonderful - we got a free upgrade with a bathtub so everything exceeds our expectations! The hotel decoration is local flavor with good aesthetics. Swimming pool is wonderful, with a good gym and yoga hall. We can rent a motorcycle easily through hotel too.

Situato a Ubud, a 9 km dal mercato e dal Palazzo di Ubud, il Kuwarasan A Pramana Experience offre una terrazza e un ristorante. A phenomenal experience, beautiful grounds, paradise and relaxing stay. Everything was above and beyond. The staff were amazing, the grounds are beautiful, the spa was incredible with very well trained massage therapists, breakfast was exceptional and daily yoga was great. Highly recommend!!

Situato a Nusa Dua, il resort Apurva Kempinski Bali è circondato da una rigogliosa vegetazione affacciata sull'oceano, e offre la possibilità di trascorrere un soggiorno lussuoso, una piscina... After a smooth transfer, we were welcomed and impressed by the magnificent pendopo-style lobby with its soaring tiered roof, its intricate carvings, beautiful labradorite stone floors and the soothing ocean view. The hotel staff from reception, lobby, pool side and restaurants were genuinely warm and engaging. They noticed and acted on little details, making sure we are served promptly and comfortable. We hardly have to approach them for anything as they would have thought of it first! Their service definitely elevated our stay experience. The room was very comfortable and well kept. My child loved the water slides and the chance to play a little football by the beach. Breakfast was simply scrumptious with a good variety of offering that changed daily, i love what they offered for their Powerful Indonesia campaign and sampling the Jamu drinks. Afternoon tea at the lounge with the live piano and lovely singing was most relaxing. Their sweet and savoury spread were delectable and finely crafted. The beads bracelet making session at Asha was fun for me and my son. Special shout out to Yuna from Reef restaurant who spoke to us so caringly and we could feel her sense of pride to work at Apurva Kempinski and being Balinese.

Set in Ubud, Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort & Spa features air-conditioned accommodation with an outdoor pool and free WIFI in every unit. Rooms were very nice and spacious. I loved the bath tub. The breakfast was great - it was a la carte style for mains (lots of options) with buffet style for sides. There were 2 large pools one for kids and one for adults and it was very nice and long. I enjoyed all the activities (yoga Am/Pm, morning walk, Balinese class). There was a shuttle to Ubud centre every two hours which was very convenient. It took awhile to get there though (not property’s fault, the traffic in Ubud is very bad) All the staff were lovely and so helpful.

Situato a Uluwatu, il 5 stelle Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa offre una piscina all'aperto e un centro fitness. All staff seemed so happy and friendly. This made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The resort is quiet and the views are simply breathtaking. Rooms are clean, contemporary and very private. Fantastic pool(s) and our 4 year old daughter absolutely loved the tree house kids club. It was huge and filled with activities for the little ones, with super friendly nannies looking after them. If we knew that the facilities were so good, particularly the kids club, we would have stayed in Renaissance much longer. No other hotels in the price range can compete. We will guaranteed return next time we visit Bali.

The location of the hotel along a very pretty side street meant that it was very quiet and gave you the sense of being in the middle of nowhere rather than in the heart of what has become a very popular tourist destination. From the reception area, to the rooms, the verandas, the pools and yoga area and the hotel restaurant, everything has been designed with guest comfort and guest experience in mind. This was a return visit, having stayed two weeks beforehand between a visit to Pemuteran, and we were treated so kindly on our return with a personalised bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, which had been upgraded to pool view as my elderly mother had struggled with the stairs leading down the garden view room we had stayed in at the beginning of our visit to Bali. We have been to Bali many times over the past twenty years and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed considering how affordable it was. The staff are to be commended. They are all seem very well trained not only in their own roles, but give a sense of being aware of the importance of guest relations. The restaurant menu is incredibly varied and healthy and room service is available. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the spa menu looked incredible. Even our driver to the airport made the last 90 minutes of our time in Bali interesting with his lovely chit-chat and insights into how Bali is evolving. We would definitely stays here time and time again.
