A phenomenal experience, beautiful grounds, paradise and relaxing stay. Everything was above and beyond. The staff were amazing, the grounds are beautiful, the spa was incredible with very well trained massage therapists, breakfast was exceptional and daily yoga was great. Highly recommend!!

Merelle päin avautuva Apurva Kempinski Bali tarjoaa luksusmajoitusta vehreässä ympäristössä Nusa Duassa. After a smooth transfer, we were welcomed and impressed by the magnificent pendopo-style lobby with its soaring tiered roof, its intricate carvings, beautiful labradorite stone floors and the soothing ocean view. The hotel staff from reception, lobby, pool side and restaurants were genuinely warm and engaging. They noticed and acted on little details, making sure we are served promptly and comfortable. We hardly have to approach them for anything as they would have thought of it first! Their service definitely elevated our stay experience. The room was very comfortable and well kept. My child loved the water slides and the chance to play a little football by the beach. Breakfast was simply scrumptious with a good variety of offering that changed daily, i love what they offered for their Powerful Indonesia campaign and sampling the Jamu drinks. Afternoon tea at the lounge with the live piano and lovely singing was most relaxing. Their sweet and savoury spread were delectable and finely crafted. The beads bracelet making session at Asha was fun for me and my son. Special shout out to Yuna from Reef restaurant who spoke to us so caringly and we could feel her sense of pride to work at Apurva Kempinski and being Balinese.

Set in Uluwatu, Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa offers 5-star accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. All staff seemed so happy and friendly. This made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The resort is quiet and the views are simply breathtaking. Rooms are clean, contemporary and very private. Fantastic pool(s) and our 4 year old daughter absolutely loved the tree house kids club. It was huge and filled with activities for the little ones, with super friendly nannies looking after them. If we knew that the facilities were so good, particularly the kids club, we would have stayed in Renaissance much longer. No other hotels in the price range can compete. We will guaranteed return next time we visit Bali.

Set in trendy Seminyak, Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is a beachfront property with five outdoor swimming pools and 8 dining options (7 restaurants and bars) .Guests can request pampering massages... I’m well traveled but Bali people stand out, everyone was very pleasant. The villa was spacious and very clean with lots of extras. Everyone is just so nice.

Adiwana Resort Jembawan sijaitsee trooppisessa ympäristössä Balin Ubudissa. Lomakeskuksessa on ulkouima-allas, spa-keskus ja joogatilat. The location of the hotel along a very pretty side street meant that it was very quiet and gave you the sense of being in the middle of nowhere rather than in the heart of what has become a very popular tourist destination. From the reception area, to the rooms, the verandas, the pools and yoga area and the hotel restaurant, everything has been designed with guest comfort and guest experience in mind. This was a return visit, having stayed two weeks beforehand between a visit to Pemuteran, and we were treated so kindly on our return with a personalised bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, which had been upgraded to pool view as my elderly mother had struggled with the stairs leading down the garden view room we had stayed in at the beginning of our visit to Bali. We have been to Bali many times over the past twenty years and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed considering how affordable it was. The staff are to be commended. They are all seem very well trained not only in their own roles, but give a sense of being aware of the importance of guest relations. The restaurant menu is incredibly varied and healthy and room service is available. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the spa menu looked incredible. Even our driver to the airport made the last 90 minutes of our time in Bali interesting with his lovely chit-chat and insights into how Bali is evolving. We would definitely stays here time and time again.
