Gave us lots of recommendations of where to go for sightseeing on arrival. Turned on the hot tub and sauna for us even though we were seemingly the only people there. Great recommendations for dinner and helpful with our luggage.

Can't say enough about how professional both he and his wife were and how quickly we were accommodated to our room! Such a great location! Staff really helpful and friendly. Room was perfect for our needs, it felt like they had thought of everything. Being able to buy s'mores for the fire was a really nice touch :) Really good value and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff at the reception is very friendly and very helpful, they gave us a lot of great tips and recommendations. The room was great, very large, at the top floor and with an amazing view of Lake Tahoe. The casino is small but very nice. You actually have the time and space to play a table game, if you like that, and interact with the dealers. The location is great and still close to all the other nature attractions around Lake Tahoe. It was my first time at Lake Tahoe, and the hotel experience contributed to the fun we had there.

They upgraded us to a lake view room. It was amazing. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely artwork and friendly staff. Bedroom was very large and super comfy beds. We had a fireplace and large bath. Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.
