Bridget and her family have been wonderful hosts, also providing delicious breakfast and even dinner on request. Even some toys for our kids :) Very friendly atmosphere where you can meet other travelers and share meals all together. If you like more personal experiences than hotels, don't hesitate. The house is big, the rooms are cozy and the location is conveniently close to Voss and Bergen. Thank you very much, we'll do it again if we come back to Norway!

Lovely location near Voss and a good stop for a road trip around Norway. The hotel had a unique architecture and featured a classy Scandinavian decor. All the rooms had a lake view and was very calm and tranquil. The dinner menu was innovative and showcased the flavors of Norway (loved the fried scallops and pork cheeks with beetroot) and the breakfast was very fresh (we ate so much of the herring in tomato sauce :)

Long drive from Oslo, very close to Voss, but for those seeking total nature and unplugging from civilization, THIS is the place in Norway. Underrated, excellent value, extremely responsive, fun, kind staff with interesting conversations to be had. The breakfast was proper and Norwegian (fresh, delicious, healthy food), amazing coffee, and they mix it up with dinners from various cultures like chili con carne.

Outstanding hotel .. outstanding staff. A little shout out to Daria who was a delightful waitress … very personable.. and helped me get to the bus stop and train station in Voss. I very much appreciated her assistance and company on the walk to the bus stop and ride to the train station. Thank you Daria and hotel staff.

Located just outside of Voss, perfect for a trip to either mountain. Charming 100 year old hotel, room was clean, it had a mini fridge, and the included breakfast was really nice. Room had a small portable space heater which was vastly superior to the old style water radiators that were in there but not in use.

The view was incredible. We loved the patio area. Kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean. We loved staying here. We went on several walks and it was close enough to drive to Flåm and Voss for day trips. The apartment has been updated since the photos on the website. It looks much nicer now.

Beautiful views from this quiet, clean and well equipped little cabin in the ski area above Voss. It is someone’s holiday home, which may not suit if you are looking for more of an impersonal “serviced apartment” type experience but was a good stopover for us for a night on our travels toward Bergen.

It is out of season so Voss was very quiet, which we didn’t mind as we got to enjoy the area. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are the most comfortable we’ve had in a long time!! Free team coffee in the lobby. Stunning views of the fjords.

Nice looking building and vintage interior. Hotel is located right next to the station an Voss gondola to get upto the mountain. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Swimming pool with jacuzzi was also a plus.

Lots of common facilities, kitchen, dining room and terrace to hang out. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Views overlook Voss town. Although the location is not central, the hotel is near several hiking tracks.

Staying in Voss was very nice. Reservation appeared to be with Fleisher Hotel…a very nice traditional facility. .however, our room was actually in some remote & somewhat run down “apartments,”.

Can't beat the view from the window. The location in the middle of the Voss region fitted our plans like a glove. The cabins look like brand new . Facilities are pretty clean.

Superb view from the apartment overviewing voss lake. Apartment is luxury and nicely decorate, very cozy and clean. There is even a barbecue hob from the balcony.

Comfortable hotel in quiet and rural area, outside Voss. Nice traditional farmhouse atmosphere. Friendly owner and personnel. Good restaurant. Very relaxing!

Top location and easy to get there by bus (from Voss) . Modern and very clean hotel. Cozy atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast. Delicious pizza.

The beds which are very comfy and the lightning in the room. Breakfast is very good also. Voss is a nice and quite town close to Bergen.

Location is near Vossevangen and the fjords. Also very beautiful area with mountains.

We had a great time in voss. Other guests were really nice. Great view.
