I can only recommend the accommodation. We enjoyed our holiday very much, thanks to Fabio's great attitude. The apartment was clean, we were accommodated right above the pool with a wonderful view. Perfect place for a holiday with children. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest Conad shop and about 15-20 minutes from the centre of Capoliveri. Beautiful area of Elba with good access to the surrounding beaches. We would definitely love to come back here in the future, great place for reasonable money.

A great place, that made the days at Elba perfect. Staying at a vineyard in Italy is a dream (even for me who doesn't drink). It was a quiet and nice place. The staff helped us much more than they had to. Because of a misunderstanding, we didn't get our car with us on the ferry to the island. The owners brought us, and drove us back to the centre the day after (to pick up our car). It had a nice swimming pool with sun beds. The breakfast was a perfect start of the day. They make their own wine and olive oil.

This apartment is close to the port and gives you access to all the attractions in Portoferraio. The apartment is laid out in a beautiful way both for aesthetics and function. The breeze flows through the open windows. The amenities are plentiful. If you want to use AC you can, we did not need it even in August. There are activities in the square right outside your door and many restaurants nearby. This is the perfect spot if you want to have a fun experience in Portoferraio, Elba.

The location on the hilltop of Capoliveri, just a block from the shops, cafes and gelaterie, is wonderful. The view out to the countryside and sea, from the wall across from the apartment entrance, is spectacular. There is a dedicated parking spot just a short walk away -- travelers' cars are otherwise not permitted in the city centre. The owner/host, Antonella, is very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and enthusiastic. A great place to stay in Elba!

We had a wonderful time in Elba and this apartment was super convenient. 1. Fantastic location - few minutes walking from the ferry, close to the old town, big supermarket just around the corner, the bus station 3 minutes away, the reception where we needed to pick up the keys just 5 minutes away. 2. Super clean and spacious. 3. Kitchen well equipped. 4. Very bright and breezy. 5. Everything was new. 6. Perfect for 4 people. 7. Friendly neighbours.

Very good value for Elba island in peak season. The accomodation is not luxurious but it does the job if you plan to visit the island and spend time at the beach. Make sure to get a car to get around, there isn't much to do in the immediate surroundings. The apartment was better than what we expected from the pictures. The host, Paolo, was very responsive before our arrival and showed us everything we needed to know at check-in.

The hotel is a charming, family-run property where hospitality is superb. The staff is welcoming and eager to please. Location couldn’t be better if one is staying on this side of Elba. It is walkable to several wonderful restaurants and shops. It reminded me in lovely ways of summer holidays with my family when I was a child. While not open after 20:00 in the evening for dining, the breakfast and lunch options were simply delicious!

A rustic house with four flats that can also be joined together. The apartment was perfect for my two week workation since there was good wifi and it was just brilliant to sit on the terrace and enjoy beautiful sunsets behind three peninsulas of the Elba island. The lovely garden is home to songbirds and a barbecue. The owner was discreet and attentive, a technical issue was resolved within hours even though it was the weekend!

Sant’Andrea is the best cove on the the island to stay in and Hotel Cernia Isola Botanica was the best place to stay. The grounds itself is lush, with a cozy restaurant that serves a great dinner. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful when needed. It was a very quiet and easygoing area that served well as a base to explore the busier parts of Elba. And of course, the beach was only a 3 minute walk down the hill.

There are many good hotels in Elba, but I was looking for one which offered the Beach-front with less crowd, calm & relaxed environment, accessibility to hiking trails, Restaurant, Breakfast, accessibility to Shopping market, Parking, etc. This hotel offered everything and I had a great time there. I could also drive around from here and visit other locations in Elba.

Amazing apartment overlooking the city centre. Apartment could not be more central in Portoferraio and is equipped with everything you might need for a holiday on the island. Andrea and Rita keep the place in immaculate condition and are supper friendly and accommodating hosts. Would definitely recommend La Casina Sul Mare for anyone going to Elba

We were stuck overnight on Elba due to the wind and ocean. We were lucky to be able to use bookings to get this room. Maurizio was very helpful and let us in to our beautiful apartment with fantastic views and superb facilities. He lent us a phone charger and we were close to the port. Breakfast was included and was nice.

We had a wonderful time in Capoliveri. Michaela and Silvio were so welcoming and friendly and just really great hosts. The apartment was comfortable and stylish and the location is great. We can totally recommend you to stay at Chez Nous and we are looking forward to coming back the next time we are on Elba!

Excellent location and staff. The restaurant and bar (seaside) are great. It’s an old school high end hotel which is very fitting for a break on Elba island. Our room was renovated very recently and assuming that real estate refresh continues, this will be a great place to stay for a very long time to come.

Very friendly staff, nice people all over the place. They have a big parking place for all the guests. The hotel has an own restaurant which is occupied pretty well every night. Food was nice. Pilade is doing their own Elban olive oil 🫒🛢️which you can buy at the reception 👍

This was an incredible find on Elba. A beautiful B&B in the centre of the city. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, whilst the breakfast was outstanding. My favourite in Italy so far! Barbara and her family were so welcoming and friendly, we didn’t want to leave!

The apartment is in a large complex with its own restaurant - plenty of parking and would appear safe for kiddies - and a nice pool area. Walking distance to a restaurant and the beach - although the glorious sandy beaches of Elba are a short drive away.

The host was very kind, informative, and attentive. She gave me all the information I needed about Elba. The bed was exceptionally soft and comfortable. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The view outside the apartment is amazing.

Great location, near center and short distance from the beach. Cozy, clean room, Very kind staff. Good breakfast in the garden opposite the hotel. Marciana Marina is perfect place for holiday in Elba Island. Good value for money.

Best accomodation we had in Italy! Piece of paradise on Elba island. Close to the magical sparkling beach, calm and quiet and with very nice host. Everything was comfy - bed, bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Dog was not a problem.
