Saint Helier Jersey
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size, clean and everything you needed in a kitchenette. Didn't use communal areas but nice to have a lounge and bar as an option. A really pleasant and welcoming team, have recommended it to others, as while a budget hotel, definitely way better than the average budget hotel. Barely heard anyone else in the place! Would definitely re-visit Jersey and would definitely stay here again. Thanks team!
The hotel has invested since i last stayed they have all new furniture in the dining room, the breakfast is a good wide variety and always meets expectations and satisfies for all sorts of tastes, continental, full breakfast, fuit etc. Staff have always been pleasant and overallI like this hotel, its right next to a beach, its 10-15 minutes to walk into Town, nice quiet area. Will be staying anytime I visit Jersey as value for money it tops all the others.
St Ouen's
A superb hotel. The staff were really friendly, the rooms were lovely, and the location is exceptional ! I grew up in Jersey so I know the island very well, and we were over as a family visiting my father. He doesn't have enough space for us all to stay hence we thought we'd book into a local hotel instead. The Prince of Wales is literally next to Greve de Lecq beach - literally next to (as in about 30 seconds walk) so the kids loved that too.
Hotel, bar and restaurant staff are excellent, very welcoming, efficient and very helpful. Our room, (although a pain to get to, up and down different staircases) was clean, spacious and well equipped/furnished. Food and drink was very good(but expensive, two gin and tonics £20), I would recommend eating here, breakfast however was a buffet, I'm not a fan. If I return to Jersey, I would not hesitate in staying here again.
My husband and I went with our 2 daughters and 9 year old granddaughter, also my brother. We all had a lovely time . We enjoyed Jersey very much. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The entertainment was brilliant . Annette one of the entertainers (she was brilliant) let our granddaughter Ellie have her own mike ! The grounds and the pool were lovely. The restaurant was excellent .
St Brelade
We were upgraded to an apartment with a sea view at no extra cost. Excellent shower. Plenty of parking spaces available. Restaurant and bar on ground floor provided excellent food and drinks. The apartments are in a quieter area of the island, with a view of the lighthouse, plus access at low tide, adding interest. Easy to drive to St Helier and other areas on Jersey. Staff always helpful.
Location was tremendous, overlooking the beautiful St Brelades Bay. Staff were impeccably mannered and superb service. Hotel facilities were great, especially the spa and sea view room very comfortable and well stocked with drinks, loved the Jersey milk carton touch. Food very good quality, breakfast outstanding and lots of choice, Grill restaurant took it up another notch, superb.
This is me and my mums 3rd visit to the royal yacht. We have been to jersey 4 times in total but we will always book this hotel now. It was a lovely surprise to have an upgraded room, this is similar to the room we had the time before fabulous to have the balcony. The breakfast was once again good quality produce and service. We had a relaxing time in the pool and spa area too!
The view was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. It was an easy walk down to the bus stop to get around Jersey (if you did not have a car). I had a beautiful balcony room looking onto the pool, which was a great bonus and a nice retreat after a day of exploring the island.
The staff and the owners Christina and Philip were brilliant. We were made soo welcome the breakfast was continental and was more than I have had in other hotels more than enough to keep you going till lunchtime. The staff make this hotel they go above and beyond to help (thanks for doing my ironing ) Best wishes for a good season in Jersey 🇯🇪
Certainly a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Value for money...maybe but we have known better. The breakfast was really good and again the staff in the restaurant were so friendly and helpful. Location really good and all in all, our first visit to Jersey was memorable and we will be back! At this hotel, maybe...
Fantastic Hotel, Beautiful location with outstanding sea views, direct access to St Brelades beach and amenities this has to be one of the best places to stay in Jersey. I really could not fault this hotel in any way, fantastic friendly staff and always a smile, a very relaxing time and I will be returning very soon.
Saint Helier Jersey
This hotel is also a Greek Taverna, which does lovely food. With Greek music playing at breakfast, my husband and I felt like we were in Greece and Jersey at the same time. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. We liked it so much that we've booked to stay there for our Godson's wedding.
Very friendly, charming, discreet and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless and it was quiet with no noise coming through from the corridors. Fantastic location, opposite the lido and with great views of the bay. Easily accessible by bus to the centre of St Helier and other attractions in Jersey.
I liked: The location very close to the sea but a little bit secluded. Hotel is very close to the outstanding Jersey cycle path network. The wonderful staff who was very helpful (outstanding concierge!). The big fish in the indoor pond at the reception area. Would come back.
The whole hotel was marvalous, we had a spa room which was excellent. Used Resturant only once but food was fabulous. The staff in breakfast room and bar area ,very helpful and friendly. Reception always helpful. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Jersey
In a word ,everything Breakfast and evening meal was superb Hotel was quiet and the staff were fantastic. We met the owner who was obviously well clued up on customer satisfaction .we have stayed in Jersey many times . This hotel was by far the best .
