Good breakfast although staff could have been more attentive. Great location and nice clean rooms if a little noisy. City centre hotel so to be expected. Front of house staff were very helpful

Galata Tower
Medieval Galata Tower pierces the clouds above Istanbul’s skyline, a soaring sentinel to the north of the Golden Horn. A replacement for a previous tower that was destroyed in the crusades, this one was built by the Genoese in 1348. or hundreds of years, it was the tallest building in Istanbul – and its uppermost balcony still offers unrivalled city views today.

The place has amazing vibes with the cafes surrounding the tower and the cobbled streets and all but the crowd is just crazy. Everyone wants a pic there for whatever reason and they are a painful hindrance to enjoying the place

It's good that they have installed a set of lifts to get to the top of the tower. So you are not walking up too many steps. Best to get there early or towards sunset to see spectacular views with the mosques and the sea across Istanbul.

Definitely a must.
Definitely a must. Go in the early evening as the night lights are awesome. Museum Pass is a must - this is one of the places you can visit with it. I bought a 5 day pass for 700 TL at Topkapi Palace.

I always thought that this is only a tower, you go up, see the landscape and that is all.
I was totally wrong because there is a very nice and interactive museum inside the tower. I highly recommend it.

The location is really great, right in the city center, but in a quiet neighborhood 3 minutes away from Galata Tower. The apartment is on the second floor, however it wasn't noisy, or uncomfortable, or unlit. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the small terrace in the backyard, where cats sometimes came :) Thank to the host for a warm welcome and some instructions about the apartment, we had a great 3-day stay!
My stay at the Galata Greenland Hotel in Istanbul was satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Galata Tower, making it an excellent choice for those looking to explore this landmark.
As a new hotel, it doesn’t have a lot of services available yet, but it shows great potential. While the surrounding area could be improved, the hotel’s proximity to Galata Tower adds significant value for tourists. I look forward to seeing how it develops in the future.
Excelent, one of the best accommodations in Istanbul, with a nice terrace, all you need for an apartment. Next to Galata Tower. Ruya, the host, is very helpful and welcoming.
The location was great, in the heart of the Galata neighbourhood, two minutes away from the Galata Tower, close to several other attractions, plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops, and a couple of convenience stores. The staff - especially our guests relations manager - was helpful and attentive, and our apartment had all the amenities for a comfortable, two-week stay, and a lovely view of the city too.
While the lights are tied to the keycard, you can still leave the AC on to come back to a pleasantly cool room.
Very kind personnel, everyday cleaning, perfect location of the hotel( less than 5 minutes to Galata tower and Istiklal Strt, metro station Susanne is just around the corner). Highly recommend this hotel, for that price - probably the best in Istanbul.
The best location. Surrounded by shopping and eating options. Lively area. Staff were exceptional. Hotel rooms were perfect. Easy walk or public transport options to Galata tower, Galata bridge, spice market and grand bazaar. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.
The property is in the heart of Karakoy, a short walk from the Galata Tower, a very lively part of Istanbul. Vera and her team were very communicative prior to arrival and met us to let us in to the apartment when we had issues using the app due to our ESim ! The apartment has amazing views over the Bosphorus and is well equipped for a comfy stay for a few days. It is surprisingly quiet as it is on a bustling street above a busy restaurant and the lift works well!
The location of the hotel was very convinient for us. There is a bus stop in from and you can go the Galata tower, Taxim square, Eminonu. At a walking distance is Balat, Egyptian market, Galata bridge. Frendly welcoming-we arrived early in the morning and dispite that they let us check in and we were even upgraded to a bigger room. The parking was a big plus for us as we were travelling by car. Big roof terrace with a wonderfull view. We will recomend to all our friends coming to Istanbul.
Fantastic new boutique hotel with affordable prices, some really authentic local breakfast spots nearby, close to galata tower and public transport buses and ferries to take you anywhere in Istanbul in no time. The reception staff were amazing at checking in and making sure i had everything i needed
Amazing accommodation❤️ perfect location like 1 minute from Galata tower. The breakfast is very good with a lot of options and the amazing view is just a bonus. The room is clean and nice with big bathroom. But what is the best about this hotel - staff. They are super generous and very helpful. Specially thanks to Sevgi and whole guest relation group. Perfect choice if you want to stay in the heart of Istanbul ❤️

We visited the Galata Tower at lunch time and enjoyed a great meal with a table at the window. Our soup and salad were good and the view and atmosphere were great. Much better than being crowded onto the narrow deck above.

Absolutely yes! Istanbul is open restaurant.
Absolutely yes! Istanbul is open restaurant. In every corner you can find perfect meal. Good to try fish restaurant in Bosphorous, or in Çiçek Pasajı. And also good to try restaurants in Maiden or Galata Tower with perfect city view. What it can be better than that!
