Room nice and clean, with decent balcony, facing the beautiful view of Marina. Maybe a bit small..but I was a single traveller..so ok..Swimming pool on the top floor, quiet big and view as well and possibility to order drinks. Food at the restaurant was Top, and staff very attentive and well trained. buffet breakfast was high level, with possibility to order items alla carte included in the breakfast package. Bed very soft and comfortable. The only issue I had, was a argument in the middle of the night, next to my room, called the staff and they resolved the issue, next day I had a platter of fresh fruits from the hotel with a letter, with apologised. Even though wasn't them fault, it was a nice treat. Highly professional.. location very close to train station..easy to move around. It was a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel, very plush. Lovely ambience. Loved the attention to detail in the room eg toiletries. Absolutely loved little details like the bathroom doors! Lovely restaurants and food. Staff amazing, exceptionally polite and attentive, any issues, they address straight away. Very knowledgeable and helpful with giving advice. Also liked that there was a shop in the hotel selling food and drinks, really handy and reasonable prices.

The Yellow Boats Tour,
The Yellow Boats Tour, The administrative officer - Muhammad was very great with the communication skills as me and my wife are Deaf. He uses to email and Whatapp to communication with instead for the call. Booking process was very smooth and clear. The boat captain Varun was very nice and ensured that we are fully aware of the rules and the tour program etc during the journey time. His communication skills are very good and we received the various information from him when boat stop for the photo and guide information. His driving skills was so comfortable and the boat is so powerful and cool speed boat! Maximo crew member was very nice and ensured good service for the drink, seat belt safety and helped with the pictures where to take. He has helped us with the 2 fantastic pictures. I would recommend the tour with them and I give them 5 stars.
