Brand new modern city flat with 3 x large double en-suite bedrooms, walk in wardrobe and study space in each room . Modern open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with full facilities including oven, hob, air fryer, 50/50 fridge freezer, washing machine & dishwasher, Samsung Frame TV and comfy recliner chairs. Outside there is private off road parking for 3 small cars (or 2 large) and a small fenced courtyard area, table and a 4 bike shelter.
Bridgeside Flat is located on the ground floor of our house (we live above). It has its own dedicated separate entrance, driveway and off road parking for 3-4 small cars (or 2-3 large) at the front along with a private courtyard fenced garden, 4 bike shed and picnic table. The flat is build to a very high standard with oak doors and flooring and is very clean and easy to maintain. Each bedroom is very large and has its own en-suite bathroom with large shower and a walk in wardrobe.
Based within close walking distance to major employers such as the Met Office, Pynes Hill Business Park, Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter Science Park, Westpoint Arena & many more plus a main bus stop right outside of the property direct into Exeter City centre every 10 mins. Also located on main cycle routes and in walking distance of Digby & Sowton train station with direct links to Topsham, Exmouth beach and Exeter’s National rail network beyond. David Lloyd Leisure, Exeter Golf & County Club, Toby Carvery, a Harvester & Sandy Park (Exeter Chiefs) are all also nearby. Exeter University is also within easy reach by car, bike or public transport as is the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s, Aldi & Lidl also within short distance drive. Exeter Airport 10 minutes drive. Just 5 mins off M5 at junction 28 & 29. Westpoint Arena also a 10 minute drive.
