CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT INFORMATION • Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS) • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment • Unauthorized late check-out after 11 AM (11:00 HRS) is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate • Early Check-in from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate • Late Check-out by 3 PM (15:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate CLEANING • Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only • Guest staying 7 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week with a 24hrs advanced request • Extra cleaning with linens and towels change is available at additional charge with a 24hrs advanced request PLEASE NOTE! • As per Dubai Law, please send us clear passport copies of all guests in advance to secure your access to the building. If passport copies are not submitted before the arrival, your booking has to be cancelled as failure to comply with the Dubai Law. • Luggage drop-off and storage before Check-In or after Check-Out time is NOT available • There is no room service and no luggage assistance at the property
