Boasting a garden, shared lounge and views of city, Rich8 Hostel is situated in Bangkok, less than 1 km from Khao San Road. There was a small issue with the window handle in my private room, which I noticed upon unpacking shortly after my check in. I reported it to the owner straight away and she immediately called for a technician to have it fixed within couple of hours! What a great customer service! This is my 2nd stay at this hostel actually - I was back because of fantastic quality to the price you pay. Everything is super clean, the bed is very comfy, A/C works fab in the room. Lovely breakfast provided (selection of bread, milk, cereals, scrambled eggs etc), free coffee :) The owner and the receptionists are extremely kind and helpful :) For me it's the second time I'm giving it 10/10 :) Thank you so much!!
