Our dormitory is an air-conditioned room of 12 beds with shared bathroom, 2 hot and cold shower, 2 CR, and private locker for your personal items. We usually turn OFF our AC from 9 AM to 5 PM since most of the guest are out and for ecological reason. You can always claim to our staff to TURN ON the AC for few hours. We had a great stay! The decoration is gorgeous and the atmosphere relaxing. We especially loved the thoughtful features of the lobby area: many board games available, a bookshelf to exchange books, a beer pong table, etc. We loved napping in the hammocks while listening to good tunes. Our room was confortable, tidy and very quiet: we slept like babies. The private outdoor shower was awesome! Location wise, everything was at walking distance (beach, restaurants, ATMs, etc) so very convenient. We also appreciated the convenience of the activity booking services: whale sharks, airport pickup, canyoneering. It made everything super easy. Last but not least, great customer service. The staff was super helpful and responsive via messages.
