The common area is separated from the rooms by either the kitchen or multiple doors, so you can choose to be social or relax in a quiet room, it's very nice. The common area is also super cozy with lots of tables, outlets, games, books, etc., and it's a social atmosphere where it's easy to chat with other guests or meet people to go on hikes with. Also the kitchen is big, super functional, and it's another place where I met friends from the hostel.

Bariloche Hostel offers wonderful views of Nuhuel Huapi Lake, and is located in the centre of San Carlos de Bariloche. All of the simple rooms have heating, private bathrooms and lockers.

There is a shared lounge and a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The hostel also has a library, and a room where you can play board games. We stayed at Bariloche hostel a few weeks ago and had the best time. The hostel is in a great location and has a great view. Watching the sunrise from our bedroom window was amazing. Breakfast is lovely and Charly was so kind and helpful. He gave us advice on what to do and even put the Scotland game on the tv for us. We would absolutely return on our next Patagonia trip.
