The whole experience was exceptional.
I have stayed in other hostels they were good but extra attention was made to making our stay comfortable. Small gift was left on your bed. This included an eye mask, shower gel. A fan which was very much welcomed as it a warm night. Exceptionally clean place. Beds were amazingly comfortable.
Breakfast available in the morning. Cereal, toast and drinks. Staff super friendly. Very modern facilities. We will certainly be back. For the price we felt spoilt!!

The late check in and friendly staff, also the fact the bar was open until 1.00 am as I was arriving at the last moment

Friendly staff who were more than helpful with showing me about and also telling me about the local area/festival that was on. Check in quick and slick and room exactly as expected. Facilities plentiful and really clean.

The staff a lady, she was so lovely. My husband booked this place for me and they even helped me get a nice down bed in a lovely room. One time I woke up really late to pee and forgot my key card, and I was so worried, she heard my voice probably but came out and helped me get sorted, that was like 3am I think. Was always checking up to ensure a lovely stay. I’ll say I’m happy.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
I stayed for 8 nights and it's by far my best hostel experience. Attracts a surprising diversity of folks (especially lovely to see more "mature" travelers as well), has something for everyone (from everyday activities to a very lovely kitchen), and all in all extremely thoughtfully designed and executed (special props to the volunteers who keep it all lively-- they even cooked for us two of the nights I was there).
Great staff, great location. On par with cleanliness of other good hostels. Some noise at night but no live music or night clubs. We stayed in a private room and were pleased with the amount of space as well as having our own sink.
Basic but very functional hostel in the centre of Bath, walking distance to great restaurants and bars as well as the main tourist attractions. I had a single room with a shared bathroom. The room was spacious and had a little basin. Shared facilities seemed clean and well maintained. A great option for budget conscious travellers wanting to spend a night or two in Bath.
Beverly was an absolute babe!! Such a lovely host and she made a great breakfast.
Location is about 10 mins from Bath by car and In a great location for Bath race course.
Rooms were a great size which fitted 3 of us comfortably. We had a bunk bed and one double bed, which worked out perfect for 3 friends sharing.
Great location right in the city centre. Super friendly staff and guests. I stayed in a private twin room, with a sink, wardrobe and drawers. The bed was basic but comfy, and the room was toasty warm. I felt safe as a single woman (it was my first time staying in a hostel so I hadn't been sure what to expect).
The bunk bed was surprisingly comfortable and warm. The dormitory was clean and the toilets and showers were too. The location is just a short walk from the city centre, but far enough to be very quiet and give you somehow the feeling that you are in a country house. Wi-Fi was working correctly all through the hostel.
Cheap and cheerful! The rooms are classic hostel style dorms with bunk beds, so you know what you're getting. The beds were clean. The location is great, right in the centre of town.
Great location if you're visiting Bath but if you're staying more than one night, don't go cheap. No fault of the hostel's but the six bed Room # 1was noisy, people on Green Street and other hostellers arriving late. Bath room not awful but cramped. Would try the double next time if not travelling alone.
Great location, there's a lot of restaurant and a waitrose nearby.
I had good talks with one of the roommates.
There are not many hostels in this area, so it's a "good" option if you're on budget.
