The location was quite good, located in a quiet neighbourhood and 10 min walks from the old town and the sea. The bed was big and there's curtain for intimacy. Everything's modern, new and clean. The staff replied very quickly and was nice.

The owners were very attentive and pleasant. We found no fault with the accommodation. There is a bar restaurant attached to the house. Food good.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Gemma the owner is a lovely welcoming person and had a caring attitude. The hostel is clean and safe and a good price for people backpacking on a budget.
Very friendly staff. Great location. Reasonable prices. Very good breakfast. Room was very clean and had everything we needed- safe, fridge, comfy bed.
Great location in a clean safe location. Walking distance to everywhere in Santander,no need for taxis or buses. Apartment was exceptionally clean and a handy bakery 2 mins away up the escalator for fresh morning pastries.Catch the regular bus from the airport and a short walk from the bus station. Enjoy your pinchos..
Staff were very helpful and text me when my room was ready as I called in early. The room was very clean and comfortable. This is a great location and I felt safe here as a solo female traveller.
Great location very close to the train and bus stations. 24 hour reception with nice staff. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean. It felt safe and secure, and also it was quiet! I was very comfortable there.
Staff are brilliant and super helpful with my broken Spanish. The place was clean, comfy and inviting. Sockets and storage for every bunk is a fantastic feature which not many hostels have and it’s also one of the cheapest. A friend recommended this place to me and they where absolutely right to do so.
Probably one of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - they remembered my name despite the fact I was only staying a few nights and always greeted me while a smile. The hostel was very clean, well run and well equipped with amenities - they even had a coffee machine! As a solo traveller, I felt exceptionally safe and welcomed and the environment was quiet and respectful. They even stored my luggage after check-out.
