We loved that it was in the centre of town! The air con was very powerful which was needed after long days out in extreme heat. And also the tv had so many options - Netflix, prime, itv player ! Also the staff were really friendly and the lady at reception helped to book our taxis and was really helpful. So grateful we got to stay here.

The personalized check-in, the location, the air conditioning, bright lighting, cleanliness (spotless), complementary water and light snacks, and that the location was just helpfully slightly away from the night noise of people in restaurants. Antonio was very responsive to messages and is a really nice man. The location is only metres away from shops and restaurants and is a fantastic location handy to everything. I felt bad reviewing about no breakfast, but in all honesty, that should not be promoted as it's misleading. Everything else made up for it, though.
