The location is great for those wanting to experience the old town of Palermo. Walking distance to many of the great restaurants and sights. The staff were great to deal with. Always willing to help. The breakfast was nice on the terrace. The pastries were amazing. Great gym and spa (the spa and massages are obviously extra). Parking was available close by and the staff help with the ZTL for the day of arrival and departure which we were grateful for.
