The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was nice- had a nice selection of sweet and savoury options- including deli meats and cheese. The freshly made coffee is always enjoyed 😇it was a good location too and the staff made all the difference, they were very helpful and friendly.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Day prior to check-in they were communicating with me to get the room ready by our early arrival. They also coordinated our transfer to airport. Location was perfect right in middle of Chiaia which has great shopping and resteraunts, The breakfast was perfect with nice assortment of Italian pastries and coffee

Clean in a central location! I read a review saying the bathroom was narrow and like a shoebox but I have to disagree - the room we were in had a big bathroom, similar to what you’d find at a hotel.

I was very sure I became an Italian princess as soon as I stepped into the gate of this palazzo !!!!! Love this place sooooooo much !!!!!! I couldn't stop taking photos and wondering around in every room especially the main hall, felt like sleeping in a museum. A similar accommodation in Roma is double price at the same period. Although it is located on the most busy street in Naples with noise 24h non-stop but the earplug they offered is high quality and solved all problems. The host introduced lots of history about this building.

The rooms were wonderful. The facilities were fantastic and the staff were super lovely. The room was clean and the balcony in our room looked right down to the historic centre which was perfect. The recommendations for places to eat were really helpful and good choices.

This property was amazing! Great location, clean, big rooms and quiet! The ladies Francesca and Mariachiara were absolutely incredible. Their customer service and assistance throughout the stay did not go unnoticed ! Would definitely stay here again if we came back!
