This was our favourite stay of our whole honeymoon. Carlotta was warm and welcoming and greeted us with a fruit platter and glass of Prosecco which was much appreciated after a walk from the train station in the hot sun. She gave us loads of great recommendations and told us to help ourselves to wine, snacks and Prosecco from the communal kitchen which was a really lovely surprise. On our second evening we helped ourselves to a couple of glasses of Prosecco and sat out on the small communal balcony which was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable with a rustic feel. The location was perfect and close to loads of great restaurants. Carlotta made us a lovely breakfast each morning which again was a nice surprise. We absolutely loved our stay in Florence!!!

fantastic communication between Silvia and us! silvia reached out to me via WhatsApp a few days before I arrived and she provided me with some info and tips for Florence. We stayed there for 4 nights - we asked for the cleaner to come once and she very nicely accommodated to us even though it was supposed to be paid for. Silvia’s replies were very prompt and fast! Love the place as well - we could do some simple cooking as well. there is also a convenience store downstairs and a laundromat nearby. many many osterias and pizzerias nearby too!
