Beautiful little hotel. A hidden gem. Location was excellent, easy for all the attractions Florence has to offer. The balcony was a delight, the welcome Aperol spritz was a lovely touch. We arrived in very warm weather and the efficient air con was marvellous. Loved the little cafe across the street for the breakfast. It was the ideal stay for 2-3 night. The room was beautifully finished with high ceilings. Would recommend to all my friends!!

The room was luxurious, clean and quiet, steps away from the Duomo and opposite the best gelataria in town. But most of all the staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful and thoughtful in every single aspect, from recommendations and directions to maps of how to get there. Teresa even walked us to a cab rank when we were leaving and ensured we were properly looked after.

I really didn't know what to expect given the price, but this was a fantastic hotel with lovely helpful staff, and couldn't be in a better location. Comfortable bed and very clean room. I look forward to returning.
