The bonus was that the place looked really nice from the photos and had a swimming pool onsite. When we arrived, the place looked even better than in photos. The hosts were friendly and provided assistance with checking in despite having such a large and scattered group for arrival. The facilities are beautiful, the restaurant is lovely, and the pool is a great refresher for the hot Makarska days. I would highly recommend this to all types of travelers!

Apparently the staff doesn't know how to add more options of accommodations like pool, ocean, or garden views. They have only one choice and you get whatever they have available when you arrive. There is also a tourist tax that you must pay when you checkout, which I was not made aware of when reserving or checking in. Luckily, this trip was all about my dog going swimming as she very sick with cancer. I wanted one last good weekend for her!

The beach is not crowded and there is plenty of shade, and you can also use wild beaches. We are definitely coming back.
