The caravan exceeded our expectations and was immaculate. Super accommodation for our party of 6 plus 1 baby. We had a fantastic weekend with great weather to top it all. Monika was so helpful prior to our arrival with instant responses to any of our questions, the perfect host for the perfect Caister break on a sit that was super clean and located so close to all the amenities nearby, our whole group would go back in a flash if this place is ever available.

Woodview Retreat, a property with a bar, is located in Fritton, 21 km from Bungay Castle, 31 km from Norwich City Football Club, as well as 31 km from Norwich Railway Station.

We booked here for a family wedding on Saturday with the reception at Barn 1. The accommodation was brilliant. The beds are so comfortable. The on-site bar and restaurant were very welcoming, and the food was superb. There is a pool on site, but due to our family commitments, we were unable to use this. I would certainly recommend staying here. Gutted we didn't have time to visit the on-site horse sanctuary, too. Accommodation, etc, exceeded our expectations, and we all said we would love to come again with our dog, but unfortunately, this particular accommodation is not pet friendly. (As we wasn't looking for pet friendly on this occasion as she was having a mini holiday in the kennels, it was not an issue) However we all loved the accommodation & wished it was pet friendly but totally understand as this accommodation has quite a high spec. We were told that other accommodation on the site is pet friendly, so we now have options to stay here in the future. Communication with the owners was also brilliant very helpful & responsive.

Location was fantastic having all the animals around we so refreshing, staff were amazing, couldn’t do more for you, cakes on arrival, fresh eggs in the fridge and milk, everything you need and more to get you started 💜 Shepard’s hut was spotless, comfy and had everything you needed, we can’t wait to come back and try the safari tents 💚

Caravan was very clean and cosy. Beds comfortable very good size double bed. Great location, quiet with lovely trees around. Weather wasn’t great, so was nice from host to leave few dvd’s and games to keep little ones busy. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The caravan was lovely. Well presented and had everything we needed. Really well located on the park to amenities without feeling like you were. Kids loved the rabbits and ducks wandering around.

    Lovely room. Nice size for a single with nice en suite. Having a fridge was great for milk. Window opens and an air conditioning system on the light (I didn't use this) so room stays lovely and fresh. Breakfast included. 1 minute from the Wellington pier and sea front. But It is a 10-15 minute walk to the town and 20-25 to the train station.

    Lovely place, very relaxing. Everything was ready for us, comfy garden chairs to sit and enjoy nature. We took lots of things from home expecting it to be like camping but it was unnecessary as even small things like soap and washing up liquid were provided. Location is good as well if you want to explore Norfolk Broads. Or go to sea side.

    Comfy sofa, TV with good access to streaming services, good WiFi. Well decorated, spacious. Milk, tea, coffee and sugar supplied to get you started. Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. National trust property few doors down, worth a visit. As we stayed for more than a week, we were offered a mid-stay clean, but for a fee. We chose to wash our towels, as there is a washer-dryer.

    The location was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The cabin itself was so well set up and comfy. We also loved the cats that were wandering around the property. It was nice to have the cuddles by the fire in the evening! Amanda was very helpful and really communicated well during our stay which was greatly appreciated.

    Location is so beautiful and quiet... The owner is amazing lady, very friendly and helpful! The place is absolutely stunning! The cabin is lovely and clean, so warm and comfy! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back!

    We stayed in one of the ‘Best Sea view’ rooms with a ‘Juliet’ balcony. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee etc. replenished daily. Milk in jug replaced and left in fridge every day as was bottled water. Huge comfy bed. Lovely sea view. Large TV. Fab bathroom and shower. Air conditioning a great addition too. Breakfast was excellent, lovely hot food too. Tea and coffee freshly brewed and brought to table. Friendly staff.
