As I travelled in the midst of summer, can confirm that AC works exceptionally well and was a lifesaver. Rooms are compact but you can make it work. Good setup with blinds and lights, and I had a magnificent view of the city right from the bed! Hotel staff was also extremely friendly and helpful!

This New York City hotel is located in Chinatown, 500 metres to Little Italy. Every guest room offers a flat-screen TV, refrigerator and free WiFi. A 24-hour front desk is provided for guests. Excellent location and SO quiet! I opened the window and forgot I was in New York with the golden silence that greeted me. Comfortable bed and clean lovely room with plenty of towels, the staff at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and were so welcoming on check-in. My new favourite place to stay in New York!

The room was small but comfy and clean. The hotel is right next to subway tracks, but the windows do a good job of keeping the room quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a modern smart TV which allowed us to log into Netflix.

Rooms include work desk and air conditioning. perfectly nice little shared bath hotel. it’s fairly clean and well kept up and the staff are friendly. it’s not the four seasons but that’s not a reasonable thing to expect.
