Situato a Istanbul, a 500 m dalla Torre di Galata, il SALA SUITES offre camere climatizzate. The staff were super friendly especially Ali. He came in person to show us the way to the hotel. the suite was very clean and tidy. Location is at the center of Istiklal street with many shops and restaurant approachable by walking.

Perfect location, a bit noisy considering it is on the corner of a busy street however after a long day you have no issues with the sleep. Rooftop breakfast 10/10 would spend the day there Staff and personnel perfect they tried everything to please the guests. Helpful and kind, they even helped with my surprise to my fiancé for his birthday. Daily changed water and coffee capsules as extra and nice memories

Situato a Istanbul, il RUZ Hotels offre un centro fitness, un salone in comune, una terrazza e un ristorante. Difficilmente ho trovato uno staff così preparato e disponibile. La camera è arredata in maniera elegante e funzionale. Pur trovandosi in uno dei quartieri più importanti per la movida cittadina, la camera (con affaccio sul cortile interno) era assolutamente silenziosa, cosa difficile da trovare ad Istanbul. Nota di merito la terrazza panoramica che da sul Bosforo, ottimo oltre che per la colazione anche per il bar.

Struttura nuovissima, inaugurata appena due anni fa. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima a Taksim square. Personale cordiale e disponibile sempre. Il parcheggio privato sotterraneo è un valore aggiunto. Camera nuova, efficiente e molto pulita. Ho apprezzato la totale insonorizzazione della stanza e la qualità degli arredi. Letto e cuscini davvero comodi. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, discussing travel plans with us and advising on the best times to visit attractions. The hotel’s location is excellent; the public transportation next to the hotel made it convenient for us to visit Dolmabahçe Palace, Taksim Square, Şerefiye Cistern, Galata Bridge, and Pierre Loti.

My go to hotel in Istanbul, this is my third stay and will always be my go to hotel. I never have to think twice about where I should stay, this was my first time in the new location and i loved it! The staff is helpful and they are all gentlemen, the hotel smells always amazing, the rooms are always clean and the room service this time did a perfect work. Mr Taner is very kind, helpful and always welcomes you with a great smile!

Fabulous view over the Bosporus from our room. Fantastic breakfast and the staff are exceptionally helpful. Osman the cat is a wonderful ambassador and even escorted me to my room! (Didn’t come in though).

Our stay is so nice. Location is perfect. It is near to Galata tower, tram and bus station. Easy access to most touristic places in Istanbul. Room we had is perfect and big enough for two. Our view is facing the Bosphorus River however it was kind off because there's a building obstructing the view, nevertheless its fine. Service is awesome. From those who serve/assist during breakfast to room service and especially those in Reception. Shout out to Mr Sedar Turan for helping us arranging our transportation going to airport, he really did a nice job.
