The staff were super friendly especially Ali. He came in person to show us the way to the hotel. the suite was very clean and tidy. Location is at the center of Istiklal street with many shops and restaurant approachable by walking.

Perfect location, a bit noisy considering it is on the corner of a busy street however after a long day you have no issues with the sleep. Rooftop breakfast 10/10 would spend the day there Staff and personnel perfect they tried everything to please the guests. Helpful and kind, they even helped with my surprise to my fiancé for his birthday. Daily changed water and coffee capsules as extra and nice memories

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, discussing travel plans with us and advising on the best times to visit attractions. The hotel’s location is excellent; the public transportation next to the hotel made it convenient for us to visit Dolmabahçe Palace, Taksim Square, Şerefiye Cistern, Galata Bridge, and Pierre Loti.

The staff is helpful and they are all gentlemen, the hotel smells always amazing, the rooms are always clean and the room service this time did a perfect work. Mr Taner is very kind, helpful and always welcomes you with a great smile!

The location was easy access to Galata area but very quiet. Fabulous view over the Bosporus from our room. Fantastic breakfast and the staff are exceptionally helpful. Osman the cat is a wonderful ambassador and even escorted me to my room! (Didn’t come in though).
