It was our son's birthday and they surprised him with balloons and birthday cake in his room. We received complimentary snacks as well. What a wonderful team. The rooms were comfortable, clean and with all the conveniences you need to make your stay comfortable. locations is so convenient with access to the public transport close by. I love that they have a small mall attached to the hotel, Starbucks, Food Court with local delicacies, TCM shop and grocery store at your fingertips. Small resident office in the reception area with computers and printer for use an added bonus.
